Creative Ground explores the powerful connection between artmaking, wellness, and public expression—inviting you to slow down, reflect, and create. The series welcomes students on campus to connect with their inner artists, recharge through restorative activities, and engage with the university’s creative community.

Wellness @ Folly – Sound Baths (Next to the Fine Arts Building)
A Sound Bath Session offering a relaxing and meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sound vibrations. This session promotes stress relief, mental clarity, and emotional healing.
