Thursday at the Blaffer
Experience the Blaffer as a space for dialogue and reflection during the museum’s extended hours, this month in conjunction with Adriana Corral: AS LONG AS LIFE ENDURES. Designed to spark creativity and connections, Thursdays at the Blaffer will include Mindful Meditations, an exhibition tour led by Dr. Laura Augusta (Blaffer Director and Chief Curator), and Perspectives: Gulf Coast Ecologies & Resilience, led by Dr Melanie Louterbach Rippe (College of the Arts). For November, the Blaffer invites you to bring food donations to our Thanksgiving food drive. All unexpired canned and dried foods donated will be delivered to Manna House Food Pantry in the Third Ward.
Thursday at Blaffer is supported by the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for the Arts at the University of Houston.
