The Blaffer is proud to present a new performance-based work and exhibition, Maya Stovall: Razón / Reason (February 5—March 13, 2022), in conjunction with the artist’s residency with the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for the Arts. In Houston, Stovall will congregate a cross-disciplinary working group of students, faculty, and families to build a community-driven project that explores micro-histories of Houston and the present state of voting rights in Texas.
